Welcome to Harbor Home Inspectors. My name is Thomas Lombardi, owner and lead inspector. We are a full-service home inspection company serving Long Island, Queens, Bronx, and surrounding areas. We are certified by the leading professional organization in the industry – InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
With over 20 years of experience as a Union Carpenter, my deep-rooted knowledge of construction enables me to provide home inspections that go beyond surface-level evaluations. My hands-on experience in building, repairing, and understanding structural nuances gives me a unique perspective on the integrity and quality of a home’s construction. This background allows me to recognize issues that others might overlook, and I bring this expertise to every inspection, knowing where to look and what to prioritize to deliver thorough, accurate assessments. My construction expertise allows me to communicate clearly with clients about potential issues and solutions, ensuring they fully understand the state of their investment.
We care about our clients, and we know about homes – which is a winning combination for our industry. All of our home inspections come with thermal imaging of the interior & exterior components.
I am a family man, and I live in the area I work in. We love this area and its people, our neighbors. We strive to take care of our neighbors by providing the best possible service and giving them the information they need to live and maintain a safe and comfortable home.
